Interesting bus story number 234

Once again my bus came 10 minutes early today. I was not happy. There happened to be a COTA supervisor at the bus stop, and he's the one who told me it came early. But guess what? He drove me downtown and dropped me off in front of my building! Now that's service. I made a point of calling COTA about my positive experience since I'm sure they mostly deal with negative feedback. So a day that started out badly turned out to be not bad at all!
