According to USA Today:"This photograph shows Helen Keller, 8, holding hands with her teacher, Anne Sullivan, during an 1888 vacation on Cape Cod.
The New England Historic Genealogical Society says an employee found the image, thought to be earliest photograph of the nation's best known deaf-blind activist, while reviewing a large collection that was recently donated to the Boston group."
As a kid I read everything I could about Helen Keller. I found this photo very interesting.
