The latest member of my household is Chelsea the cat. Chelsea has many redeeming qualities, but sitting still while I clip her nails is not one of them. Yesterday was her very first nail clipping session with me and she tried to kill both of us in her extreme effort to get away. She still looks at me funny and it's been over 24 hours.
Chelsea likes to drag things around the house. Her latest favorite targets are my winter accessories -- my scarf, gloves and hat. She makes scary mewling noises when she carries them. I think she thinks they are some kind of prey.
Chelsea is only one year old so her personality is still forming. All indications are she will be a stubborn, very cat-like cat. She was all sweet and pretty when I picked her up at Cat Welfare, butt now she has the biggest attitude in the house. She is Queen.
